Combi single person buggy Stroller Review

The front-lock swivel wheels and suspension help with its decent score in this test. A single stroller cheap step brake pedal locks both rear wheels, which is beneficial for tight spaces and improving mobility. Design

The initial appearance of this stroller is decent and its unique fold is appealing but that's really where the good points end. In tests, it did not perform like its competitors and offered little in return. It is only able to hold one car seat, so it's not a great choice for twins, and its padding leaves much to be desired for a truly comfortable ride over time. It's heavy, awkward and difficult to navigate. While it has storage, it's small and difficult to access.

The frame of the Combi Twin Cosmo is very large and contains a lot of connections and components that make it appear less expensive than its rivals with cleaner frames that use fewer pieces and have the advantage of welding junctions instead of rivets. It also has a peculiar appearance when it's collapsed because the backs of the seats don't sit flat against the frame. It has a decent capacity for weight and is much easier to load into trunks than others. However, the size could cause problems with public transport because it doesn't fit in any 2'X4" rules that apply.

The Combi Twin Cosmo scored well in our tests of maneuverability despite its size and bulk. It required 25 pounds of weight hanging from the handle bar before it tipped backwards which is better than the rest of the competition but still not as impressive as the best single jogging stroller performer in this test that is the Chariot Cougar 2.

It has a good front wheel suspension and its large rear wheels can be locked to improve mobility. The brake pedal that locks and unlocks the rear wheels simultaneously which is ideal to park in tight spaces. A cup holder for the parent along with a large basket and canopy pocket provide storage space however this is not much in comparison to other items.

There's an incredibly small storage compartment on the rear of the canopy, but it's too small to be useful to store larger items such as diaper bags or groceries. Two cup holders are provided however they're too close together to be useful for sharing drinks. The canopy offers adequate sun protection with a three-panel sunshade that blocks more than 99 percent UV rays.

Comfort

One of the most important features of strollers is the ability to sit children in a comfortable position. This stroller comes with an adjustable seat that reclines and a huge canopy that extends all the way to the back. The canopy also features a cup holder for the parent, and additional storage. The stroller also features a telescoping handlebar for easy maneuvering and can be parked easily in narrow spaces.

This stroller scored highly in our quality metric but it did not impress in any of the other categories. It has the most flex in its frame when it was being pushed. Its connection points are constructed of plastic, not being a soft product like other strollers. There was lots of movement within the wheels and this might make it hard to use on uneven surfaces.

It's a decent size and weight but its maneuverability is limited. It required more effort to push, and this can be difficult for parents of smaller children to accomplish on a regular basis. It is able to maneuver through narrow aisles and doors easily, but it could be hard to fit it into a crowded elevator.

The under seat storage is a bit small and disappointed testers. It was difficult to access and there is an opening in the middle of the area that prevents larger items from being able to fit. Even an ordinary size purse could not fit into this space. A diaper bag that contained two children's items could not fit. The additional pockets on the canopy are a nice addition but they're not enough to make up for this poor under seat storage space.

The stroller's unique fold-and- carry strap makes it a fantastic option for transporting it to and from public transport. However, the heavy stroller may make it difficult to fit in crowded trains and buses without causing harm to innocent pedestrians. This stroller is best suited to commuters who can easily carry it inside their car. It's light enough to be able to be carried up and down escalators, however it you'll need to fold it should you want to take it on a train or bus.
