Travel strollers aren't any smaller or lighter than this. Its sleek design allows it to fold into a stylish rectangle shape and the wheels are easier to turn than others.

The stroller also comes with an enormous storage area underneath the seat as well as an adjustable shoulder strap that makes it easier to transport when you're not pushing it. But the canopy adjustment can make quite a bit of noise, which can wake a sleepy toddler.

1. Contours Itsy

The Contours Itsy is a compact stroller with a lot of features for its size. Its back under-seat basket is spring loaded, so you can lower it to stuff bags for diapers or backpacks into and it will then pop up to secure the contents. It also has a child's accessory holder as well as an adjustable reclining seat pad. This is more than you would see on a typical light stroller.

We weren't too impressed by its performance on rough surfaces. We felt that the suspension and wheels didn't do a great job of absorbing bumps and shocks.

The stroller is perfect for travel since it comes fully assembled in the box. It takes only a few simple steps to be ready for use. The seat can be moved forward and backwards to adjust the recline. It's pretty flat. Two buttons on the frame make it easy to fold and unfold. It also fits in a convenient carrying bag for when it's not being used. In fact, it's one of the smallest strollers we've tested, and it easily meets most airlines' requirements for cabin storage or gate-checking on airplanes. 2. Kolcraft Cloud Plus

This is an excellent option to those looking for a stroller that is best lightweight single stroller. It comes with all the features parents are looking for in a stroller. It comes with all-terrain tires and front suspension to ensure smooth riding. It is also incredibly lightweight at less than 12 pounds. It folds with one hand and stands up on its own. It has two cups holders on each tray for the parent and child.

The quality, however it is on the low side and it didn't score well in our tests of maneuverability. It has a flexible frame, which makes pushing it on rough surfaces feel like lifting weights. It is possible that you only use the stroller on sidewalks that are paved. However, for most people, it's not ideal.

The Cloud Plus has a three-tier extended canopy as well as a peek-a-boo window for added sun protection. The seat is multi-position and can hold children up 50 pounds and features a five-point safety restraint. This is a great choice for older toddlers that have outgrown their car seats for infants.

It also comes with an easy-zip carrying bag for easy storage. It can be used from birth with the infant car seat adapter and provides a decent amount of sun protection with its canopy (though not as much as the Nuna TRVL or Uppababy Minu V2). The only drawback for certain parents is that they consider the design uninspiring and utilitarian.

The BabyZen Yoyo+ is a little more expensive than other lightweight single strollers however it was made specifically for luxury urban and travel. It's among the easiest strollers to fold (and includes a convenient carry case), and it comes with plenty of storage space, including the cup holder. The seat reclines nearly flat for both the child and adult. This is the only stroller on our list that comes with a car seat adapter to allow it to be used with babies. Some parents with short legs may not appreciate the handlebar that does not adjust.

The UPPAbaby Minu V2 isn't the lightest stroller on our list, but it comes with many amazing features that make traveling with kids easier. The spacious seat reclines into a flat position and has extra padding to make those plane naps more comfortable. The canopy extends to provide a lot of sun coverage and the tray on the front provides plenty of storage. It also has a footrest with springs that doubles as a handle when folded. This footrest, however, appears to be prone to damage from baggage handlers.

4. Uppababy Minu V2

Uppababy's Minu V2 is a premium stroller that doesn't skimp on quality and design. Its compact design allows it to easily maneuver through tight spaces and narrow sidewalks and its robust construction allows it to handle rough terrain without compromising the safety of your child. The spring-action suspension in the front and back makes for more comfort for your child, and its sturdy materials will withstand everyday wear and tear. Plus it can be enlarged to accommodate additional accessories like an infant car seat.

Even with a baby on hand, the Minu was a breeze to fold and maneuver. Its squat almost square fold that folds into thirds, is one of the most simple folds we've seen and allows it to easily be tucked away in overhead compartments of planes or in public transportation. It comes with a single-action color-coded brake that is simple to use.

The seat has a multi-position recline as well as a one-handed adjustable leg rest, making it easy to find the perfect position for your child. The UPF 50+ hood slid down quite a ways, which was great for shielding Cora's eyes from the sun (though not as low as other strollers). The medium-sized mesh window is magnetically attached to the canopy and shuts without the use of noisy Velcro.

The Minu weighs in at just 15 pounds and has a built-in handle for easy carrying. It also has a shoulder strap. It can also be stowed in the trunk of your vehicle, and it comes with a storage container and access to the TravelSafe program offered by Uppababy which adds two years onto the manufacturer's warranty. It also covers repairs for items damaged in the course of air travel.

5. Joovy Aire

Joovy is a well-known brand that makes various strollers. This lightweight stroller is ideal for parents who are looking for a sturdy stroller that can transport their children. It is easy to maneuver, has plenty of storage, and is easy to fold. It's not the ideal choice if you want a car seat-compatible model, or a double stroller, however. It doesn't accept any infant car seats, and your children must be able to sit independently before they can use the stroller starting from the first day.

This stroller comes with some great features and an impressive price. It scored higher on our maneuverability test than other strollers with similar specs. It's also a great option for smooth surfaces. It also has a nice canopy and plenty of storage, including a large parent tray. The front wheel suspension is a bit stiff and the handlebar is a bit smaller than average, but it provides a comfortable ride for adults.

If you have twins or two children with different ages, you could find that a side-by-side stroller is the best single jogging stroller way to move them around. Our favorite is the Joovy Twin Groove. It has a lot of features and is small single stroller in size that allows it to fit in places where other side-byside strollers can't.

It comes with reclining seats and a huge canopy with an open window, and plenty of storage. It's heavier than other side-bysides, but it has a decent capacity for weight and can accommodate most children up to 50 pounds. You can add an infant bassinet to the front of the stroller to accommodate newborns.
