The Cloud earned one of the lowest scores in our quality tests due to its thin feel with hard plastic seats, and a design that feels outdated. It's also more expensive than other lightweight strollers. This makes it a poor option for parents looking for an affordable option.

Although it's not the tiniest Double Stroller with bassinet stroller, it has enough features to be worth a look. The swiveling front wheels make it easy to navigate on flat surfaces and it can jump curbs with little effort unlike many other light strollers that drift off course when trying to do the similar thing. The Cloud's low, nearly knee-high handle is a downside. It's not adjustable and it's not adjustable. It's difficult to push it while your legs hang in this manner. And the lack of padding makes it even more difficult.

In our tests, we discovered the Cloud to be easy to open and set up. To close it, it's a bit more difficult. You need to slide the slider, and then press a large white button. This can be quite a hassle especially if you're juggling kids while doing it.

The Cloud has a small, but deep storage basket that can fit a medium diaper bag. The basket is a bit narrow and you may have to store something inside to reach the back. The Cloud includes an adult and child tray with two cup holders each however they're too narrow to comfortably hold larger bottles or cups.

The Kolcraft brand has been in existence since 1946 and is a third-generation, family-owned company. Their first products were diapers and crib pads, but they now manufacture an array of baby products like highchairs, strollers, infant car seats and toys. The company is based in Chicago and is an American manufacturer.

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS is an extremely lightweight, minimalist double stroller that's great to travel with. It's super light at just 18 pounds (lighter than some single strollers!) and can fold flat for easy transport and storage. It also comes with independently reclined seats, large all-weather SPF 50 sun visors with peekaboo windows and extra-large storage bags underneath the seat. The visors can be adjusted to accommodate children of different heights. Additionally, it comes with an integrated one-step parking brake that is Disney-sized approved.

The swivel wheels on the Jeep are also fantastic to maneuver over bumps and uneven surfaces. However, this stroller doesn't accept car seats and therefore your children should be at least six months old and have good neck control to ride in the front seat. It does have three panels of a nice sun canopy, however each seat comes with its own snack tray and cup holders for parents.

Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend is a different incredibly light side by side stroller. It's heavier than the Kolcraft Cloud Plus at 23 lbs, but it's amazingly narrow and slim (26.5 inches wide!) and has a ton of elegant details that make it perfect for travel. It folds easily, very maneuverable, and is easily able to fit in overhead compartments as well as trunks of planes.

The Joovy Kooper X2 tri-folds and is ultralight, like the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Double or Mountain Buggy Nano Duo. It's similar to Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS but has a few key distinctions. It's a bit more expensive but has a better sun canopy and better maneuverability. It also has a convenient carry strap and can hold children as heavy as 44 pounds per seat.

Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+

If you're seeking a stroller which is light in weight but also packed with features you'll find it in the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+. It is not only incredibly lightweight at just 13 lbs but also comes with a ton of storage space, including cupholders for both parents and children and a sippy-cup bag for the child as well as a pocket for storage for parents and so on. This stroller is also able to fit the car seat of a child and features a brake that flips. It's designed to grow with your kids twin pushchair from birth a baby stroller to a toddler stroller by simply attaching the car seat adapters (sold separately) and is suitable for children 6 months old and older.

It also features a large canopy, which we found to be more effective at blocking out the sun than other strollers in our best double strollers review.

The stroller is lightweight enough to to move through door frames. This was a major issue with other strollers we tried. It folds easily and its handlebars sit close to the ground, making it easy transport. Its only drawback is its limited storage space. When it is full of stuff for the kids, it feels tight.
