The Eufy S1 Pro

If you're looking to buy a robot vacuum that can also mop, this is the model you should go for. It's smaller than the other models, making it easier to maneuver into tight spaces or under furniture. It features a 220-degree Lidar that, combined with the 3D Matrix Camera System, offers some of my favorite navigation and object avoidance features I've seen in a robotic vacuum. It's powered by a 4600mAh battery that can last up to 170 minutes if cleaning and sucking are set to standard mode. (It can run longer on turbo). It will even return to the dock to replenish its battery halfway through a clean.

It's extremely quick and does a great job of cleaning my two bedroom apartment. It vacuums the carpeted areas extremely quickly, and hardwood floors in the kitchen, hallways, Robot Vacuum That Mops and living room in a single pass. Its motor of 8,000pa is able to clean dirt, pet hair, and poop with ease. Carpet detection automatically boosts power when it comes into contact with rugs, and the dual side brushes help pull out dirt from corners.

The mopping performance is less impressive, though not by a lot. The rotating mop spins fast and uses 2.2lbs to remove dirt and stains. I've noticed that the front arm extends out a bit more than other robots. This is helpful when getting into tight corners or along baseboards. The front arms can also be used to sweep larger pieces of debris, such as broken toys and fallen books.

Another good thing is that the S1 Pro is one of the most quiet robot vacuums and mops I've ever tried. It is quieter and doesn't make more noise when mopping or vacuuming. The only issue is that the S1 Pro must use a specific cleaning solution to perform mopping, and is sold separately from the vacuum. It's simple to set up and works well however, this is something that you'll need to keep an eye on if you're buying this robot vacuum for the sole purpose of mopping.

The Roborock Q Revo

The Q Revo stands apart from the majority of robot vacuums which mops in its class. It is equipped with a broad array of features that make it a great choice for homeowners looking to purchase an extremely efficient, flexible and ad-hoc cleaning machine.

The device comes with a powerful and impressive cleaning system that integrates LiDAR sensors and an RGB camera to map the house and identify furniture and other obstacles. This information can be used to clean intelligently and methodically. This will ensure a thorough and consistent clean, while also being relatively rapid.

The Q Revo DuoRoller mop pad is capable of reaching many surfaces. They can reach corners or baseboards, as well as other difficult-to-access spots. They also have a stretchy side brush that can extend to reach the floor close to walls and other fixtures. The mop pads are washable and can be dried to reduce odors and prevent buildup.

It's a top-performing device, intelligent navigation, and a long battery life that makes it easy to keep your home tidy with little effort.

The Matrix Plus robot vacuum is an all-in-one vacuum and mop. It is capable of mopping and vacuuming. The robot has two modules: a combined dry bin and water reservoir, and a separate mopping module with a microfiber pad that snaps into and out of the way. It's not the most modern thing to have separate modules for mopping and vacuuming however it does mean that you don't have to worry about changing out disposable bags or refilling the tank with water.

The Matrix Plus performed well at both vacuuming and mopping. Its most impressive feature is its precise floorplan map, which it uses when cleaning. This made it a breeze for the Matrix Plus to navigate around furniture carpets, rugs and other obstacles. The app also gives you the option to set "No-Go zones" and virtual barriers that help to protect certain areas of your home from being cleaned with mop.

We also noticed that the Matrix Plus did surprisingly well in removing hair from pets. It was able to collect a lot of the hair that sheds from our cats. It even got into some of the corners and crevices of our stairs, where other robots struggled. Its noise levels were fairly low, and there were some nice jingles to signal that it was beginning and working towards its goal.

The app was too basic and you had to alter the modules every time you changed between vacuuming and mopping. The app cannot save multiple maps. This could be an issue if your home has several floors. The Matrix Plus is a good robot vacuum choice for people who want an intelligent robot that is capable of vacuuming and mopping.

The Yiko X1 Omni

The X1 Omni is the most expensive robot vacuum that mops in our test, but it has some distinctive features that make it worth taking into consideration. The X1 Omni's biggest draw is its enormous dock, which doubles as a charging base as well as housing for two water tanks, a cleaning sink as well as the 2.5-liter dust bin that is automatically eliminates.

The base also has a number of control buttons that let you manually start cleaning or recall the robot or run the dock's auto-emptying process. Press two buttons to toggle the child lock. This is a wonderful feature for parents who are concerned about their children playing with the vacuum.

The X1 Omni like other robotic vacuums uses its camera to detect obstacles and furniture in its path. It will stay clear of them. Its True Mapping 2.0 navigation system will map your home 10 times faster than standard laser detection systems and is four times more precise at recognizing objects.

This can cause the X1 to become stuck when it is entangled in a blockage like a power cable draped over a rug. It won't function until you untangle it manually. This was a rare incident, but frustrating nonetheless, since the X1 does not have a "stuck status" alert on its application.

The X1 Omni isn't able to automatically switch between mopping and vacuuming mode during a cleaning session. You will need to manually switch between the two modes, which isn't a big deal except for the fact that mopping pads aren't cleaned and dried between uses which could lead to mildew or mold.

The X1 Omni looks great, thanks to the Jacob Jensen design team (of Bang & Olufsen fame), who created its sleek modern, contemporary base and Robot Vacuum That Mops mopping pad. It's a big departure from the utilitarian, black bases of competitors like Roborock and iRobot and a pleasing sight in a space that is dominated by clunky, boxy units.
