World of Warcraft Upgrades and Item Upgrading

Upgrades boost the value of certain numeric stats on armor, weapons and rings. Upgrades also increase bonuses such as Crit chance and PvE Damage.

Components

Upgrade components can only be used on equipment that has a slot. The item must be at least upgraded to a blue level before a component can be applied.
