While it's not the most light double stroller, it comes with enough features worth considering. The swiveling front wheels make it easy to navigate on flat surfaces and it is able to jump over curbs with little effort unlike many other light strollers that diverge when trying to do the similar thing. The low handle of the Cloud is a drawback, however; it's nearly at knee level and isn't adjustable. It's not easy to push when your legs hang in this manner. The lack of padding makes it even more difficult.

In our tests, we discovered that the Cloud was easy to set up and use. It's a bit more complicated to close, however. You have to slide a slider before you press a large white button to cause it to collapse. This can be a hassle especially if you're trying to manage kids while doing it.

The Cloud comes with a compact but deep storage basket. It's big enough to fit the size of a large diaper bag. It's not the greatest width, though it's likely that you'll need to put something in for the back to get it back. The Cloud includes a parent tray and a child tray, each with two cup holders. But both are too narrow for larger cups or bottles.

It folds flat, making it easy to carry and store. It also features independently reclined seats, as well as large SPF50 sunvisors that have a peekaboo window. The visors can be adjusted to accommodate children of various heights. It also features a one-step linked parking brake, and is Disney-size approved.

It is similar to the Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS but has some key differences. It's a little more expensive, but offers a more shady sun canopy and more maneuverability. It has a convenient strap for carrying and can be used by children who weigh up to 44 pounds in one seat.

Summer 3D Pac CS+ for infants

If you're seeking a stroller which is light in weight but also packed with features, look no further than Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+. It's not just incredibly light at 13 pounds but also has plenty of storage in the form of parent and child cup holders, a child sippy-cup pocket and a parent storage pocket and more. This stroller is also compatible with a child's car seat and has a brake that flips that can be easily engaged. It's designed to evolve with your kids from a baby stroller to an adult twin umbrella stroller by attaching the car seat adapters (sold separately) and is suitable for children 6 months of age and up.
