It can be transformed from a single stroller into double strollers by adding an additional seat (sold separately) or glider board. It can also be set up to become a triple travel system by adding a bench seat or infant car seat. It comes with 24 options in all and is the top-rated stroller. This model utilizes Baby Jogger's comfortable, breathable TENCEL fabric that aids in thermal regulation and are sourced sustainably. It has a leatherette handlebar, bumper bar and belly bar. It folds 20% smaller than the market-leading single-to-double buggy 3 wheels stroller, UPPAbaby Vista V2 and is also lighter.

It comes with a medium-sized shade and a magnetic peek-aboo window, which is easy to open or close. The telescoping bar is of the most easily adjustable, and is suitable for parents of all heights. The seats recline and have a footwell adjustment button to allow you to place your child in the most comfortable position. The storage bin has plenty of space, but we would have preferred a more secure latch. It's easy to access but we found the zippers somewhat frustrating as they have to be completely removed and refastened for each use.

This is the only stroller we've reviewed in our review that can accept two infant car seats, making it a great alternative for twins, or for parents with one kiddo and a baby coming soon. It can be used to fit most infant car seats from major brands with an adapter. We tested it with the Britax/BOB Chicco KeyFit 30, Graco Click Connect models, Cybex Aton and Aton Q, and Nuna Pipa.

The City Select is not compatible with the UPPAbaby Vista V2. It's a good option for families with a car seat and want a stroller to accommodate it however, you might be better off with another convertible stroller that fits an additional infant car seat in this case.
