The Space Key is a collection of five physical objects that unlocks a unique digital artwork by an unidentified artist. It was created in collaboration with NFT PRO(tm) the "collector's item" is limited to only five units and will be auctioned off in the near future.

Each Space Key contains a block composed of carbon-fired composite material. It was sent to the International Space Station as part of a research project for 2019. After returning to Earth, the block was engraved with QR codes that connect to the digital element in the Space Key.

Each of the five Space Keys will feature a distinct moment that happens seconds apart as the Lamborghini Ultimae lifts off toward the stars. Each of five images was shot by photographer Fabian Oefner and contains over 600 million pixels.

Oefner used a balloon with a camera, which took each of the individual shots which were then merged into the final image. The result is an out-of-this world image that captures the beauty of Earth and the futuristic, hyper-realistic picture of the car rising away from it. The Space Keys will be auctioned off in the near future, however the exact date and time of the event haven't been confirmed yet.
