WoW Upgrades - The Item Upgrader

Upgrades will give you a boost to certain stats. Each upgrade boosts the item level by +3. A random extra substat is also boosted alongside each upgrade.

The upgraded gear typically has a higher trade value regardless of whether it has low requirements (like the FB sorc's shield) or a very high stat variation (like Eth titan weapons). Upgrades are less useful for those with lower requirements due to the requirement to roll an exact version.

Recycle Points

The item upgrader allows players to upgrade their gear to a higher level by supplying the appropriate currency to the NPC. Upgrades can be applied to any kind of weapon or armor. However, the item used for the upgrade will be consumed forever and cannot be used again. Upgrades can be applied to the enchantments.

You can upgrade your gear anytime by visiting the upgrader in any major city. It is recommended that you visit the upgrader at least once every couple of weeks to keep your equipment up-to-date.

Upgrades will cost more depending on the item level, however, they are always cheaper than purchasing new equipment. For example upgrading a chest piece from Benthic to 385 ilvl will cost 20 recycle points while purchasing the same item from a different player will cost 105.

Valorstones

Upgrades are items that can be used for weapon, armor, tool, Item Level Upgrade and accessory upgrades. They can be purchased by players through NPCs who sell upgrades for items in exchange for a variety of currencies, and can also be found in random treasure lists. Once an upgrade has been purchased it can be applied to any weapon or tool using an button, which will show a preview of the item upgrader mod at the next upgrade level when the player has enough materials.

The cost of upgrades varies based on the item slot and the current level of the Item Level Upgrade (Moparwiki.Win) as well as the level of the weapon, which is more than bracers or gloves, for instance.
