The i3+ isn't able to have obstacle avoidance capabilities like the i7+ or other top-rated robots we have test. It could get stuck on power cords or socks and have difficulty navigating between surfaces, such as carpet and hardwood.

iRobot suggests cleaning up the area where the i3+ EVO vacuums before using it. This includes putting away any toys or other clutter it might encounter. It's also an excellent idea to keep the dust bin and robot vacuum Ebay filter clean so that they do not become blocked by dirt. We were also impressed with the i7+'s compatibility Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant AI services. We utilized these services to instruct the robot on how to start, stop, or pause cleaning sessions, as well as to move around the room and vacuum a particular area. The iRobot Home App made it easy to connect the i7+ with these services. After connecting, we were able to give the i7+ voice commands such as "Hey Alexa, vacuum the master bedroom."
