It has a nice wide, comfortable seat that is comfortable for Annie (who is 12 months) and the recline lever is very simple to use. There's a good amount of space in the basket too, and I love the fact that it comes with an open-top pocket on the handle bar so that you can keep your keys and phone safe!

The handlebar is a bit low, which can be a problem for parents who are taller. It's covered with soft, supple leather-like material that is easy to wipe down.

The Runner is designed for parents who enjoy exploring and are always on the go. The large pneumatic wheels are designed to be used on forest and field paths, and the front wheel can be swivelled and locked for additional versatility. It also comes with a cushioned 5-point safety harness as well as a front bar to keep your little one safe throughout your journey and the parking brake reliably prevents the stroller from moving when you are taking a break. The comfortable seat is simple to adjust down to a lying position and the canopy can be opened to allow netting for optimum air circulation on hot days. The handle can be adjusted by more than 30cm to fit the needs of dad or mum.

Like the Ickle Bubba Aurora or Yoyo it's car seat compatible, meaning you can use from birth.

The new Pace comes with some amazing design features such as a rose-gold shade on the chassis, hood and stroller trims, which really distinguish it from. The grey, tan and cream fabrics on the stroller and the car seat are super stylish and there is the option of adding the handle for the cover and bumper bar, too.

It's suitable for babies up to a max weight of 22kg. The stroller seat easily converts from a carrycot to a 2-in-1 reversible mode, parent or world-facing. The stroller seat has various lie-back positions, softly padded legs rests and an extendable sun canopy that has concealed zip sections and a transparent flap, and retractable visor.

Furthermore, when folded it's Pace is 56 x 43 x 32cm which means it can be used as hand luggage with Easyjet and Ryanair, among other airlines. Two buttons on each side are easy to use and click into the right position.

Bugaboo Fox 5

I tried it out with my two children - a toddler and an eight week old - over rocky pavements along woodland paths, grassy trails and even cobblestones.

The large, puncture-proof wheels - 22cm or 30cm in size are able to handle different terrains. They also come with a handy flap that can open or closes to allow more air in if you need it, which is a nice addition. It is a little bigger than other pushchairs, however it does not feel heavy or bulky when you push it over bumpy surfaces.

The fabric of the seat is machine washable and the frame and faux leather grips are easy to wipe down. It's also quieter than some pushchairs, and I felt safe using it in busy city streets. One of the advantages is that it has integrated accessory points, meaning you can put in footmuffs, parasols, changing bags, and even a snack tray. The hood can be used to block rain and wind, however it's not waterproof. The single pram can be fitted with the Comfort Wheeled Board (not included) which allows your child more leg room. It took around 20 minutes to set up the bassinet, and the same amount of time to transform it into the seat.
