Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades can sometimes increase the stats of a piece and at times even add additional features. The value of these upgrades is determined by the gear's tiers, their requirements and how many random augmentations can be applied.

The most powerful racial Shield Razortail, for example, is often upgraded to increase its lightning absorption capabilities in PvP and/or add additional defenses to missile-based build in the PvM. This makes it more tradable over the original version that is not upgraded.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens allow you to reroll a purchased item upgrader, such as an armor, weapon or ring. The item is swapped for one similar item, with a different set of extra bonuses. Reroll tokens are a cost-effective method to upgrade equipment. However, they don't keep the quality of the original item and any resources that are wasted aren't refunded.

The surviving players can acquire tokens to reroll in many ways, including through the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. You can also find them in crates and chests, or purchase them from the store for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter an attribute on a piece of equipment, such as increasing its damage or granting it a brand new stat.

Players can roll equipment with three aspects: physical power, spell power, and health. Physical power increases the damage that melee and weapons while spell power boosts mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades give the player an additional amount of health.

Three types of rerolls tokens are available: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each upgrade takes an item to a better quality and requires a higher-level reroll token in order to create it. Upgrades require a common item. Rare upgrades require an item that is unique or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

The marker that rerolls, unlike markers or tokens placed on action spaces remains on the space till the next Success is to be rerolled. This allows you to not waste upgrades.

Blueprints appear as envelopes at the start of each Preparation Phase, and can be opened by grabbing them with Interact. When they are opened, they show a description and icon for the Ingredient or Appliance. Blueprints can be exchanged to purchase a new Appliance or Ingredient in the restaurant's store for the amount of coins.

In the course of the course of a game, blueprints can be transferred between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool as a result of chosen Franchise Cards. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop offers to reroll, and also those that are in the non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to upgrade armor, weapons and other items. These are special stones that can increase the level of an item by increasing its stats and abilities. Players can locate these items by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the major towns. They can purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a cost. They can also be obtained by players who have completed daily contracts.

To upgrade gear players first need to locate the appropriate item and then click the "level up" button. This will display a list of the item's level, and what it will be after being upgraded. It will also display the amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade the item. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade a piece of gear will depend on its rarity. Typically, rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas rare armor requires just one green or blue Growth Stone.

After choosing the item to upgrade, the player must select the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay for the cost. Once the player has met the requirements, he is able to click the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. This will increase the item's level by a specific percentage. The process of upgrading can last between a few seconds and minutes, depending on the rarity of the item.

The upgrade item process also is risk-free and does not impact the durability of the item. This makes it an excellent method for players to gain a significant advantage in combat without putting stress on their bank account. Furthermore players can transfer experience and the progress of an upgraded item to a new item by clicking the "transfer" tab.

The process of obtaining Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty can be a challenge for new players. There are a variety of ways to obtain these stones. You can finish contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, collect them from Equipment Stone Seal Book or find them in reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Players can also break down the higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.

Leveling

Leveling is an optional feature that lets players increase the base stats of weapons armor, helms and trinkets. The Upgrade Station lets you combine an item with upgrade materials and then pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The process will consume the upgrade components and grant the item an upgrade level, giving the item level upgrade an additional boost in that area. The process will continue until the item reaches its maximum level.

Items that have upgraded stats will display a blue icon next to their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments, can't be applied to more than one item at a time. Each upgrade component will require an amount of items as well as a certain level of equipment.

The Upgrade Station comes with two slots: the left is where players can add a piece of equipment to be upgraded, and the right side shows a glimpse of what the gear will look like when it reaches its next level. Once a player has enough materials, pressing the yellow arrow will begin the upgrade process.

A piece of gear can be upgraded up to five times. Each time it is upgraded the stats of the base item will increase by an amount of. The maximum level for an item is 19.

Once an item reaches the highest level, upgrades are no longer available to it. Also, when a piece of gear reaches the level of a specific upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades to the track will be offered at discounted prices.

Upgrade components are a form of equipment that can be put into armor, weapons, trinkets, and gathering tools to provide an additional bonus or effect while the equipment is being used. They can be purchased from vendors, looted, or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones, but doing so will destroy the previous upgrade, except for glyphs that can be removed and replaced at will.

Requirements

Upgrades to items enable players to increase certain stats of armor and weapons they already have equipped. The requirements for upgrading an item differ based on the kind of item, but typically you'll need Dilithium as well as a few Upgrade Tokens (various options are available).

Items can be upgraded by adding upgrade components to equipment and weapons. This will give them more effects or an improved item level. These upgrades can be obtained from a variety of sources, including crafting, buying at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting from raids and bosses. Once an upgrade component has been placed in an Best item upgrade (published on Blogbright) it cannot be removed and replaced freely, however, the glyphs that are used in gathering tools can be swapped out without limitation.

The upgrade of an item upgrading can boost its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Additionally, some upgrade components have additional modifiers that could further improve the item's stats.

For example, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" increases base defense, and provides an additional 20% chance to block. The dps "Wildfire" however increases damage to weapons.

Some items benefit from being upgraded less for their increased stats and more for the fact that it allows players to gain the maximum amount of value from a perfect roll on the item. For instance, a perfectly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly sought-after in the melee PvP community and can be worth 20-50x more than the non-upp'd version.

The game will show you the requirements when you select the upgrade component that goes into the item. The game will display the requirements required when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.

Once you've met the required requirements for upgrading, the game will place the item in your inventory, and the progress bar will change to show how close to completing it. You can also verify the status of an upgrade by going to any NPC that upgrades items.
